Introduction

There are a number of ways to create new company records in your CRM. In this article I’ll run you through the most common ones.

How to create a new Company record

Create a New company record from any where in the CRM

  1. Roll your mouse over -> Contacts -> Companies and then click the -> + to the right of the Companies menu
  2. This will open up a new Company record in edit mode
  3. Enter data in the required fields
  4. Enter any additional data
  5. Click -> Save

Create a new lead using the “Quick create” menu

  1. Roll your mouse over the -> Quick Create menu, then select -> New Account
  2. This will open up the “Quick Create” new Companies window
  3. Enter data in the required fields
  4. Enter any additional data
  5. Click -> Save
