Changing the date format

How to customise the date for for you region

After logging in for the first time, you’ll be able to change the date format as per your organisations date format. You can select one of the following options,


To change date format

  1. In the CRM Home page, click the My Preferences hyperlink.
  2. In the User: <User Name> page, click the Edit button.
  3. In the User: <User Name> page, select the date format from Date Format pick list.
  4. Click Save. The date format will be changed for all the date fields in all the modules.
